Low Carb Diet Dinner Ideas

Dinners are actually much easier to settle compared to breakfasts.  Somehow, one always feels much fuller by the time it comes to dinner and the options are really much more varied.

Since I began this "not so strict" low carb diet of mine, my dinner has varied from soups to just eating roasted chicken.

For dinner today, I had:

1.  2 slices of salmon cooked in maple syrup
2.  French beans with sliced honey ham

I believe that was pretty nutritious and healthy.  The "tiredness" that I experience during the 1st week of the diet is also gone.  Perhaps my body has sort of gotten use to it.
